Increasing government restrictions have created the demand for an in-depth environmental analysis factoring in more than meets the eye. COA’s Environmental Planning Department specializes in studies and plans that provide the information meeting the complex requirements of modern design.

COA environmental planners coordinate with the Army Corp of Engineers, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and Local Environmental Reviewers to provide detailed studies for each of our clients.
